Her parents originally planned to give birth in St. Vincent's Hospital located in southwest Portland. The hospital was out of bed and the family had to travel to Clackamas. Brielle attended Cedar Mill Portland for her college years, and Valley Catholic High School for the freshman and sophomore years of her. Then she attended the Arts and Communication Magnet Academy located in Beaverton which is where she received her high school diploma. Her aspirations in education did not cease at this stage. Linfield College is where the actress was a marketing student. She was able to graduate in only three years, instead of the usual four. Aparna Brielle made the choice to become an actor professionally in her early childhood. She grew up watching Disney films and TV series and wanted to become like her idols. Brielle, a young girl was a role model for her family and was placed into various classes. The classes included music and dance. Bharatanatyam - an Indian classical dance performed solely by girls or female girl - was a part of the classes. Brielle did well in the Bharatanatyam course and completed it in just three years. In the age of nine years old, she performed her stage debut as Arangetram. Brielle attended acting classes to enhance her skills. She participated in several productions at her school, as well as a member of the Northwest Children's Theater.
