Richard B. Cheney a distinguished public servant and businessman is the vice president of the United States. Richard Bruce Cheney is the child of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on the 30th January 1941, within Lincoln Nebraska. When he turned 13 old, he relocated with his family in Casper which is located within western part of Wyoming and his father was in charge of the local soil conservation district of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
